Junior Designer
Office-based (Brockley, London SE4). Hybrid working considered after 6 months.
The Role
We are seeking a detail-orientated Junior Designer to join our dynamic creative team. You’ll bring real-world expertise in Photoshop and a razor-sharp eye for detail, starting on a diverse range of projects across animation, print and digital from day one. Reporting to a senior team member, you’ll be involved in:
- Rolling out multiple high-quality formats for theatre campaign artwork
- Creating HTML5 animations
- Animating static artwork for client social media platforms
- Proofreading designs to ensure error-free, polished outputs
- Collaborating with team members and clients to ensure design objectives are met
- Maintaining project timelines and deliverables within deadlines
- Staying updated with design trends and bringing new ideas to the team
You’ll work directly with a variety of wonderful clients, supported by our close-knit and encouraging team. Collaboration is key to our success, and while our team enjoys hybrid working, we have daily morning one-to-one meetings and stay connected throughout the day with regular calls and chats.
As a Junior Designer, you’ll need to be passionate about animation and design, eager to bring your ideas to the table, and open to feedback to help refine your craft.

You’ll bring real-world expertise in Photoshop, HTML, CSS and Wordpress and a razor-sharp eye for detail, starting on a diverse range of projects across animation, HTML5, coding and web design from day one. Reporting to a senior team member, you’ll be involved in:
- Designing high-quality websites for theatre marketing campaigns
- Designing, coding and testing HTML emails
- Creating HTML5 animations
- Adapting artwork for websites
- Proofreading designs to ensure error-free, polished outputs
- Collaborating with team members and clients to ensure design objectives are met
- Maintaining project timelines and deliverables within deadlines
- Staying updated with design trends and bringing new ideas to the team
